The Norwegian Polar Institute's annual reports provide an overview of the Institute's activities and publications from past years.

Proceedings of the Bioprospecting in Antarctica Workshop, held at the University of Canterbury from 7 to 8 April 2003.

It includes: Regulations, Management Plans with maps for Antarctic Specially Protected Areas, List of Historic Sites and Monuments, Permit Application Form and the Protocol on Environmental Protection to the Antarctic Treaty (1991).

The Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research is the scientific body of the International Council of Science.

The Fridtjof Nansen Institute (Norway) coordinates the International Antarctic Regime Project (IARP). Participating institutions are: University of Tasmania (Australia), University of Chile (Chile) and George Washington University (USA).
