There are two implementation agreement relating to this Convention. The 1995 Agreement for the Implementation of the Law of the Sea Convention relating to the Conservation and Management of Straddling Fish Stocks and Highly Migratory Fish Stocks is reproduced in this Compendium, while the Agreement on the Implementation of Part XI of the Convention is available on the UN's Oceans and Law of the Sea Pages. The site also contains a list of Parties to the Convention and other relevant information.
